Fall Show and Sale
The Fall Show will be held on October 21st from 10 am to 4 pm. Please review the Information for Exhibitors to refresh yourself with the show procedures.

A $15.00 hanging fee will be charged to all artists participating in the show.
Participating members are asked, if possible, to be at the church hall at NOON on Friday, October 20th to help unload easels and set up the show. The hall will be open until 5:00 pm on Friday, and again at 8:30 am on Saturday for members to set up their artwork. Get another CAS artist to sign off your inventory list.
Show Labels and Inventory Sheets will be available at the hall, although both are available as pdf downloads off the Members page.
Participants are asked to bring a plate of goodies (no nuts please) for either the snacks table or the artists' lunch.
All participants are expected to sign up for a duty slot during the show.
The door prize painting has been donated by David Cadman.
After the show, all participants are expected to help take down the easels and load them onto the truck.
CAS members are reminded that the annual membership fees of $75.00 are now payable. PLEASE NOTE the annual dues for Alumni members are $55.00. Members must be in good standing to participate in the Fall Show and Sale.
The next meeting will be on Thursday, October 5th, at the Good Companions Activity Centre at 2609 - 19 Avenue S.W. starting at 6:45 pm. This will be the CAS Annual General Meeting.
